Everyday Organizing Hits the Road

Earlier this week I hinted at a big blog announcement and today I get to let you in on my newest blog venture: Everyday Organizing is hitting the road!

Over a year ago, I was asked to speak to a group of parents through a toddler group I was involved in. I developed a talk called Organizing 101 where I share the five steps in the organizing process. In this talk, I teach a step-by-step guide on how to organize that will not only help you organize your space to its highest potential, but it will also help you maintain your organization once the project is complete. This formula works on all kinds of projects, from something as small as a purse to as big as an entire garage. And in the spirit of Everyday Organizing, my approach is practical, simple and affordable, no matter if you already love to organize or have no idea where to get started.

All of the following spaces were organized using the five step process taught in Organizing 101!

Since my initial debut, I have now shared Organizing 101 with several local groups including a preschool parent night, a church group and a local P.E.O (Philanthropic Educational Organization) chapter. I started this blog because I passionately believe that even small steps in getting organized can lead to a happier, calmer life and now I am excited to share the message of Everyday Organizing beyond the blog.

I would love the opportunity to share Organizing 101 with you and your group. If you live in the Puget Sound area and are interested in more information, please contact me at
